Research CV

Hello there, I am a theoretical astrophysicist. I received my M.Sc. (2008) and Ph.D. (2012) from Kapteyn Astronomical Institute, Groningen, Netherlands, under the supervision of Prof. Marco Spaans. Then I moved to sunny Pisa, Italy, as a cosmology post-doctoral fellow to work with Prof. Andrea Ferrara at the Scuola Normale Superiore (2012-2014). Currently, I am an NSF-Theoretical and Computational Astrophysics Network (TCAN) post-doctoral researcher at the Center for Relativistic Astrophysics, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.
My research interests are focused on: seed black hole formation and their growth in the early universe, observations of active galactic nuclei at high redshift, chemical and thermodynamical properties of star-forming gas clouds, reionization epoch, gravitational wave astrophysics, topology of space-time, nature of dark energy.
